閥門脫脂方法

1、清洗步驟:

閥門的零部件在組裝前必須經(jīng)過以下過程處理：

1、根據(jù)加工要求，部分零部件需要做拋光處理，表面不能有加工毛刺等；

2、所有零部件進(jìn)行脫脂處理；

3、脫脂完成后進(jìn)行酸洗鈍化，清洗劑不含磷；

4、酸洗鈍化后用純凈水沖洗干凈，不能有藥劑殘留，碳鋼部件省去此步驟；

5、逐個零部件用無妨棉進(jìn)行擦干，不能有線毛等留存部件表面，或者用潔凈的氮?dú)膺M(jìn)行吹干；

6、用無紡布或者精密濾紙沾分析純酒精對逐個零部件進(jìn)行擦拭，直至沒有臟色。

2、 裝配要求

清洗干凈的部件必須密封保存，以供安裝。對安裝過程要求如下：

1、安裝車間必須保證潔凈，或者搭建臨時的潔凈區(qū)域，例如用新購的彩條布或者塑料薄膜等，防止在安裝過程中有灰塵進(jìn)入。

2、裝配工人必須身著潔凈的純棉工作服，頭戴純棉帽，頭發(fā)不能外漏，腳穿干凈鞋子，手戴塑膠手套，脫脂。

3、裝配用工具必須在裝配前進(jìn)行脫脂清洗，保證潔凈。

3、 其他要求

1、裝配完成的閥門用氮?dú)庵辽俅祾?分鐘。

2、氣密試驗必須是用純凈的氮?dú)狻?/p>

3、氣密試驗合格后進(jìn)行包封，用干凈聚乙烯帽密封，聚乙烯帽使用前應(yīng)用有機(jī)溶劑浸泡，擦拭干凈。

4、然后用真空袋進(jìn)行密封。

5、發(fā)貨前裝箱。

6、運(yùn)輸過程中要采取措施保證包封不破損。

4、 驗收要求

驗收遵循HG 20202-2000 《脫脂工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》，裝配前每個零部件均用干凈的精密濾紙進(jìn)行擦拭，選擇部件死角、，濾紙不變顏色為合格

 

Valve degreasing method

 

1. Cleaning steps:

 

The parts of the valve must go through the following process before assembly:

 

1, according to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, the surface can not have processing burrs;

 

2. Degreasing of all parts;

 

3, degreasing after the completion of pickling passivation, cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus;

 

4. Rinse with pure water after pickling passivation, and there can be no pharmaceutical residue. This step is omitted for carbon steel parts.

 

5. Wipe the parts one by one with harmless cotton, do not retain the surface of the parts such as wire wool, or blow dry them with clean nitrogen;

 

6, with non-woven cloth or precision filter paper with analysis of pure alcohol to wipe each part until there is no dirty color.

 

2. Assembly requirements

 

Clean parts must be sealed and stored for installation. Requirements for the installation process are as follows:

 

1. The installation workshop must ensure cleanliness, or build a temporary clean area, such as the newly purchased color strip cloth or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering the installation process.

 

2, the assembly workers must wear clean cotton work clothes, wear a pure cotton cap, hair can not leak out, wear clean shoes, wear plastic gloves, degreasing.

 

3. Assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness.

 

3. Other requirements

 

1. The assembled valve shall be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute.

 

2. The air tightness test must be pure nitrogen.

 

3. After passing the air tightness test, go ahead and seal it with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap should be soaked in organic solvent and wiped clean before use.

 

4. Then seal it with a vacuum bag.

 

5, finally packing.

 

6. Measures should be taken to ensure that the packaging is not damaged in the process of transportation.

 

4. Acceptance requirements

 

The acceptance shall follow HG 20202-2000 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Defatting Engineering. Before assembly, each part shall be wiped with clean precision filter paper. If the dead corner of the part is selected, the color of the filter paper remains unchanged, it is qualified
