電動(dòng)閥操作原理及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)

電動(dòng)閥通常由電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和閥門(mén)連接起來(lái)，經(jīng)過(guò)安裝調(diào)試后成為電動(dòng)閥。電動(dòng)閥使用電能作為動(dòng)力來(lái)接通電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門(mén)，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門(mén)的開(kāi)關(guān)、調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)作。從而達(dá)到對(duì)管道介質(zhì)的開(kāi)關(guān)或是調(diào)節(jié)目的。

電磁閥是電動(dòng)閥的一個(gè)種類(lèi)；是利用電磁線圈產(chǎn)生的磁場(chǎng)來(lái)拉動(dòng)閥芯，從而改變閥體的通斷，線圈斷電，閥芯就依靠彈簧的壓力退回。

日常電動(dòng)閥門(mén)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)

1、電動(dòng)閥門(mén)應(yīng) 存干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)，通路兩端須堵塞。

2、長(zhǎng)期存放的電動(dòng)閥門(mén)應(yīng)定期檢查，清除污物，并在加工面上涂防銹油。

3、安裝后，應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行檢查，主要檢查項(xiàng)目：

（1）密封面磨損情況。

（2）閥桿和閥桿螺母的梯形螺紋磨損情況。

（3）填料是否過(guò)時(shí)失效，如有損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。

（4）電動(dòng)閥門(mén)檢修裝配后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行密封性能試驗(yàn)。

運(yùn)行中的電動(dòng)閥門(mén)，各種閥件應(yīng)齊 全、完好。法蘭和支架上的螺栓不可缺少，螺紋應(yīng)完好無(wú)損，不允許有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。手輪上的緊固螺母，如發(fā)現(xiàn)松動(dòng)應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊，以免磨損連接處或丟失手輪和銘牌。手輪如有丟失，不允許用活扳手代替 ，應(yīng)及時(shí)配齊。填料壓蓋不允許歪斜或無(wú)預(yù)緊間隙。對(duì)容易受到雨雪、灰塵、風(fēng)沙等污物沾染的環(huán)境中的電動(dòng)閥門(mén)，其閥桿要安裝保護(hù)罩。電動(dòng)閥門(mén)上的標(biāo)尺應(yīng)保持完整、準(zhǔn)確、清晰。電動(dòng)閥門(mén)的鉛封 、蓋帽、氣動(dòng)附件等應(yīng)齊全完好。保溫夾套應(yīng)無(wú)凹陷、裂紋。

不允許在運(yùn)行中的電動(dòng)閥門(mén)上敲打、站人或支承重物；特別是非金屬電動(dòng)閥門(mén)和鑄鐵電動(dòng)閥門(mén)，更要禁止。

Solenoid valve is a type of electric valve; The magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil is used to pull the spool, so as to change the opening and closing of the valve body, and the coil is powered off. The spool relies on the pressure of the spring to return.

 

Daily maintenance of electric valve

 

1, the electric valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, both ends of the pathway must be blocked.

 

2, long-term storage of the electric valve should be regularly checked, remove dirt, and rust prevention oil on the processing surface.

 

3. After installation, regular inspection should be carried out. The main inspection items are:

 

(1) Sealing surface wear.

 

(2) trapezoidal thread wear of stem and stem nut.

 

(3) whether the packing is outdated and invalid, if damaged, it should be replaced in time.

 

(4) After inspection and assembly of electric valve, sealing performance test should be carried out.

 

Electric valve in operation, all kinds of valve parts should be complete and intact. The bolts on the flange and bracket are indispensable, and the threads should be intact without loosening. If the fastening nut on the handwheel is found loose, tighten it in time to avoid wear at the connection or loss of the handwheel and nameplate. If the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to use a live wrench to replace it. It should be assembled in time. Packing gland is not allowed to skew or have no preload clearance. The valve stem should be equipped with a protective cover for the electric valve in the environment that is susceptible to rain, snow, dust, sand and other dirt. The ruler on the electric valve should be kept complete, accurate and clear. The lead seal, cap and pneumatic accessories of the electric valve should be complete and intact. Thermal insulation jacket should be free of depressions and cracks.

 

Do not beat, stand or support heavy objects on the electric valve in operation; In particular, non-metallic electric valves and cast iron electric valves should be prohibited.
